Healthy Snickers Bites Recipe

30-35 bites

Ingredients:
- 30-35 fresh dates
- 170g Ísey Skyr Vanilla
- 80g peanut butter
- 80g peanuts (whole and crushed)
- 250g dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil

Method:

  1. Start by removing the pits from the dates, set dates aside.
  2. Mix together skyr and peanut butter and use a piping bag to fill the dates with skyr mixture, add a few whole peanuts to each and freeze for about 30 minutes.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil and gently coat each date with chocolate.
  4. Place chocolate covered dates on a baking sheet, top with crushed peanuts and let set in the refrigerator or freezer.
  5. Keep dates stored in the freezer.
