Tiramisu Morning Porridge with Ísey Skyr and Oats

Shout out to all coffee lovers! Nutritious and delicious porridge you can enjoy as breakfast or midday snacks.

You can either make this porridge overnight, or on the same day when you eat. Pair with a cup of hot coffee to elevate the enjoyment.


40g oat flour
5g chia seeds
5g cocoa powder
A pinch of salt
25g vanilla or chocolate protein powder
30ml of coffee
75ml skimmed/full cream milk
130g Ísey Skyr vanilla

Start by combining oatmeal, chia seeds, cocoa, salt and protein powder in a bowl. Mix coffee and skimmed milk, leave the mixture in the fridge overnight. If you are making the porridge on the same day, you want to reduce the amount of milk a little bit for a thicker texture. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and let it sit for about 15 minutes.

To get the tiramisu look, you alternate the layers with oatmeal and the pre-made custard, sprinkle the cocoa on top. To speed things up, you can put vanilla skyr directly on top of the porridge and have one layer of porridge and skyr.
