Christmas Dessert or a Fancy Breakfast

A quick Christmas dessert or a fancy breakfast that tastes exceptionally good.

Here you use whatever skyr you want and you can also use sugar-free caramel sauce and only granola at the bottom and not gingerbread.

 

For 2 persons

Ingredients

2 cups of Ísey Skyr Púff Apple Cinnamon

4 pcs. gingerbread cookies

250 ml cream

2 tbsp. granola with apples, cinnamon, pecans and coconut.

Caramel sauce with or without sugar

 

Method

  1. Roughly crush the gingerbread and place in the bottom of a glass or bowl.
  2. Put one cup of Ísey Skyr Púff in each bowl separately.
  3. Whip the cream and sprinkle it nicely over the skyr, put granola over the cream together with the caramel sauce.
  4. It is best to serve the dish immediately so that the gingerbread stays crispy. However, it is okay to do it for 2-3 hours before serving if refrigerated. For those who do not want to use gingerbread, add 1-2 tbsp. of granola in the bottom instead.
