Custard toast with Ísey Skyr

1 egg
3 tbs Ísey vanilla skyr
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey

Powdered sugar


  1. Turn on the oven and set to 200°C, and add baking paper to the oven tray
  2. Stir egg, skyr, cinnamon and honey together in a bowl until well blended
  3. Make a hole at the center of each bread slice
  4. Add the skyr blend on top of each bread slice, add few sliced strawberries and blueberries on top of the skyr blend.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes
  6. Serve with honey or/and powdered sugar over the bread
