The sugar content of most flavored yogurt in the market is around 12-15g/100g, while all the flavored skyr of Ísey Skyr contain no more than 4g/100g of natural sugar.  Almost all of the flavors of Ísey Skyr have been recognised by the Centre for Food Safety of Hong Kong for low salt and low sugar.
