Japanese cheesecake with Ísey Skyr

Ingredients:

- Ísey Skyr Vanilla
- Biscoff spread
- Biscoff cookies

 

Instructions:

  1. Whip up the skyr and place a thin layer in a jar/glass.
  2. Melt a few tablespoons of Biscoff spread in the microwave for a few seconds.
  3. Top the skyr layer with some melted spread and top with more skyr.
  4. Push a few cookies in the mixture, cover with plastic and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
