Grilled pineapple with frozen Skyr and caramel sauce

For 6 people

6 slices of fresh pineapple
250 g Ísey Skyr vanilla
Toasted coconut flakes
Caramel sauce


  1. Whip the cream until stiff and mix in the Skyr. Place the mixture in the freezer while you grill the pineapple.
  2. Cut the pineapple into 1-2 cm thick slices, or as much as you like and grill until it is grilled soft.
  3. Place one scoop of the frozen Skyr on top of each slice, sprinkle cinnamon over each slice along with toasted coconut flakes.
  4. Pour caramel sauce over each slice and enjoy.
