Skyr Dessert in a Glass

Recipe makes around 6 desserts


Ingredients

- 150 g Cinnamon Coffee Biscuit

- 2 tbsp. melted butter

- 170 g Ísey Skyr Vanilla x 2

- 250 ml whipped cream

- Berries of choice (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry)

- Powdered sugar for decoration

 

Method

  1. Crumble the biscuit in a food processor or blender until sand texture and mix with melted butter.
  2. Divide between the glasses.
  3. Fold skyr and whipped cream gently together and pipe over the biscuit crumble.
  4. Top with berries and sift powdered sugar over for decoration.
