Halloween Ghost Skyr Dessert

4-6 servings

Ingredients:
- Brownies (our favorite recipe or storebought)
- Strawberry sauce (recipe below)
- Vanilla skyr mousse (recipe below)
- Sugar eyes

Strawberry Sauce
- 200 g fresh strawberries
- 5 tablespoons sugar

  1. In a medium saucepan set over high heat, combine strawberries and sugar.
  2. Simmer for 10 minutes until sugar is dissolved and strawberries soft.
  3. Let cool before using.

Vanilla Skyr Mousse
- 2 x Ísey Skyr Vanilla (2 x 170g)
- 500 ml heavy cream

  1. Whip the cream and gently fold in the vanilla skyr until smooth.

How to assemble

  1. Cut brownies into bite size pieces, layer the bottom of the jar.
  2. Spoon some vanilla skyr mousse over the brownie bites.
  3. Then spoon about one tablespoon of strawberry sauce over the skyr mousse.
  4. Do another layer of brownie bites and then top with more skyr mousse.
  5. Decorate with sugar eyes.
