Passion Fruit Skyr Air is cultured and concentrated dairy product, made from pasteurised skimmed milk. Whipped with nitrogen, with sweeteners and sugar.
Ingredients:
Pasteurised skimmed milk, water, passion fruit puree (5%), cream (5%), strawberries, modified corn starch, thickener (pectin), carrot and pumpkin concentrate, flavouring, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), gelatine, emulsifier (lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), lactase, skyr cultures.
